1. Can I call Records when I need to make a police report?

No, records no longer dispatches emergency personnel. To make a report with the Valley Center Police Department please call 911 so that a call can be entered and police can be dispatched.

2. Can I contact an officer by calling the administrative phone line?

If you are needing to speak to a specific officer or supervisor you can call the administrative line. During business hours the phone will generally be answered by the records clerk. When she is unavailable please listen to the message and follow the prompts.
