The city will no longer hold the spring clean up event. Instead, each resident is entitled to a coupon good for one load(up to 1000 lbs.) to be dropped off at the Waste Transfer Station. Please come to Valley Center City Hall to claim your coupon.
The Brush, Compost and Mulch site is open all year for your convenience. Saturday & Sunday 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
