It is the goal of the Department of Parks and Facilities to support the activities of City Government by accommodating the citizens and visitors of Valley Center with beautiful, quality parks, facilities, and recreational spaces to experience and benefit from.

We are responsible for the management of operations and maintenance of all:

• Park Properties and Green Space
• Public Facilities
• Municipal Cemetery
• Urban Forestry Operations
• Staff and project assistance for the Park and Tree Board
