Our goal is to provide information and act as a conduit for developers and businesses to access the various development services and incentives available through the City of Valley Center, Sedgwick County, the State of Kansas, and the Federal Government. We provide site information (vacant land and buildings), utilities, information on incentive programs, and information on labor force, demographics, taxes, and general community profile. Furthermore, we take pride in providing specific “hands-on” assistance in order to access the various incentive programs such as tax abatement and State incentive programs. Furthermore, if required, we assist through the permitting process.
