Overview
The Valley Center City Site Plan Review Committee is composed of five members. Four of the members are appointed by the Mayor and the fifth is appointed by the Chairman of the Planning Commission and is a member of the Planning Commission.
The Committee reviews and approves all site plans of all construction except for single-family residences and duplexes not in a courtyard or group settings.
