Vice-Chairman Jackson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following members present: Kathryn Schroeder, Bart Balthazor, Bruce Campbell, Richard Yarnell and John Dailey.

Members Absent:Al Hobson and Adam Dunn. 

Staff Present:                Eldon G. Miller, Recording Secretary

C. Bickley Foster, AICP and David Foster, AIA presented a training workshop to those in attendance on PUD’s and site plans.
